At Auravoxpr Servicios Financieros LLC we treat your personal data with the same care we treat a case file: with confidentiality, a clear purpose and full traceability. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and which rights you have under Puerto Rico's Law 247-2018, the federal HIPAA Act when applicable, and the general U.S. data protection framework.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Auravoxpr Servicios Financieros LLC, registered with the Puerto Rico Department of State under number 449128-LLC, with offices at 1452 Ponce de León Avenue, Suite 304, Santurce, San Juan, PR 00907. You can contact us at contact@auravoxpr.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect: (a) contact form data (name, email, message); (b) browser technical data (truncated IP, language, device type) if you have granted analytics consent; (c) anonymous advertising identifiers if you enable the Advertising category. We do not store Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or document copies on this website.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to respond to your request, schedule consultations, send — if you authorize it — information about new FEMA, HUD, USDA and Hacienda PR programs, and to measure the effectiveness of our social outreach campaigns.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent (form and cookie banner), on the execution of pre-contractual measures requested by you, and on compliance with applicable legal obligations in Puerto Rico and the United States.
5. Retention
Form data is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies. Anonymous analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
6. Recipients
We do not sell your data. As data processors, our technological providers may have access: Google LLC (measurement with Consent Mode v2) and our U.S.-based corporate mail provider. All of them sign confidentiality and compliance agreements.
7. Your rights
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, objection, deletion, portability and limitation by writing to contact@auravoxpr.com. You will receive an answer within a maximum of 30 calendar days.
8. Security
We apply TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, two-factor authentication for our team and quarterly security reviews. However, no system is infallible; we recommend that you do not include sensitive data in the free message field of the form.
9. Changes
Any substantial change will be published on this page at least 15 days in advance and, where appropriate, you will be notified by email.
